Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2024

At Sure Deed, we value your trust and work diligently to provide exceptional land and legal services. This Cancellation Policy ensures that while cancellations are accommodated, the resources invested in preparing your service requests are accounted for.

1. General Policy

Cancellation requests may be accommodated under specific conditions. However, certain fees for administrative, processing, or third-party dependencies will be retained to cover operational costs.

2. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Before Service Initiation: If the service has not yet been processed or initiated, you may cancel the service. A 20% cancellation fee of the total service cost will apply to cover administrative expenses.
  • Delays by Sure Deed: If Sure Deed cannot initiate the service within the promised timeline due to internal delays, you may request a cancellation. A 10% cancellation fee will still apply unless otherwise waived by management.
  • Services with Third-Party Dependencies: For services requiring government or third-party fees, cancellations are only possible if those fees have not already been paid. If paid, those fees are non-refundable, and a 20% service fee will be deducted from the remaining amount.

3. Non-Cancellable Services

  • Services already processed, completed, or delivered.
  • Government-related services where fees have been submitted.
  • Subscription-based services after they have been used or partially utilized.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team using one of the following methods:

Include the following details in your cancellation request:

  • Your full name
  • Order reference number
  • Reason for cancellation

Our team will review your request and notify you of the decision within 3 business days.

5. Fees and Refunds

  • Cancellation Fee: A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount for any approved cancellations. This fee covers operational and administrative costs.
  • Non-Refundable Components: Government fees, taxes, and third-party costs are strictly non-refundable. Subscription fees for any partially utilized or completed services are non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

Sure Deed reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will apply to all transactions made after the update.
