Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Because SureDeed begins coordinating with our internal team, field agents, lawyers, and government offices soon after an order is placed, cancellation terms depend on how far your order has progressed.

3. Non-Cancellable Situations

The following cannot be cancelled once initiated:

• Orders where a government office has already logged, stamped, or processed your application (e.g., Namjari submitted to the Land Office, deed submitted for registration).
• Services completed and delivered to you.
• Subscription periods that have already begun and been used (e.g., NRB Property Management plans), for the portion already elapsed.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible - the earlier you reach out, the lower the chance any fee applies:

Please include your order/reference number and the reason for cancellation. We aim to confirm cancellation status within 1 business day, since many of our services have tight government-office deadlines.

5. Refunds After Cancellation

Once a cancellation is approved, any refund due will follow the timelines in our Refund Policy - typically processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.

6. Cancellations Initiated by SureDeed

We may need to cancel an order if:

• You provide false, fraudulent, or materially incomplete information.
• The requested service cannot legally be completed (e.g., disputed or restricted land records).
• A government office rejects the application for reasons unrelated to SureDeed's handling.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and refund any amount not already spent on government or third-party fees, in line with Section 2 of our Refund Policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy periodically. Changes take effect once posted on this page and apply to orders placed after the update.
