Privacy Policy — SureDeed Agent App

This Privacy Policy explains how SureDeed ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information through the SureDeed Agent mobile application (the "App"), used by individuals and professionals ("Agent," "you") who register to receive and fulfill land & legal service work orders on the SureDeed platform.

This policy applies only to the SureDeed Agent App. SureDeed's client-facing app and website are covered by a separate privacy policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Identity Information

• Phone number — used as your login identity via one-time password (OTP) verification. We do not use passwords; authentication is handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) on our behalf.

• Registration profile details — depending on the type of agent service you apply for, this may include your name, professional credentials or registration numbers (e.g. bar council number), and other fields defined by that service category.

• Service area — the districts/upazilas (administrative areas of Bangladesh) you select to work in. This is a manual selection from a list; we do not collect your device's precise GPS location to determine service areas.

1.2 Verification Documents & Photo

• Identity/credential documents — files (PDF, JPEG, PNG, or WebP) you upload during registration to verify your eligibility for a given agent type (e.g. certificates, licenses).

• Verification photo (selfie) — a photo captured using your device camera during registration, used by our admin team to manually verify your identity against your submitted documents. On-device face detection (via Google ML Kit) is used only to check that a single, clear, front-facing face is present before the photo can be submitted — this happens entirely on your device, is not a form of facial recognition or identity matching, and no biometric template is created, computed, or stored by the App.

1.3 Payout Information

• Mobile financial service (MFS) or bank account details — such as your MFS provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) and account number, or bank account details, provided so that SureDeed can pay you for completed work.

1.4 Work-Related Information

• Details of orders/offers assigned to you, including client delivery addresses necessary to complete the work. We do not show you the client's phone number or email — client contact is routed through SureDeed administrators.

• Deliverables and progress updates you submit while completing an order.

1.5 Device & Push Notification Data

• Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — used to deliver alerts about new offers and assignments to your device.

• Standard technical data needed to operate the App (e.g. app version, device platform) where provided automatically by Firebase or our backend infrastructure.

1.6 Support Communications

• If you contact us for support, we collect your name, phone number, subject, and message content to respond to your inquiry.

We do not collect precise device GPS location, contacts, SMS content, or browsing history, and the App does not contain third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Create and authenticate your Agent account.
• Review, approve, reject, or suspend Agent registrations.
• Match you with, and notify you about, relevant work offers in your selected service areas.
• Enable you to complete and submit work order deliverables.
• Process payouts for completed work.
• Verify your identity and prevent fraud.
• Respond to support requests.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the App:

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SureDeed, our agents, or clients.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information, registration documents, and verification photo for as long as your Agent account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 6.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) for all network communication, access-controlled cloud storage for documents and photos, and short-lived signed URLs (expiring in under a minute) for downloading any stored file — files are never served over a public, permanent link.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

• Access or update your registration information by editing and resubmitting your profile in the App.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us (see Section 9). Some information may be retained where required by law or legitimate business need (e.g. financial records of past payouts).
• Withdraw consent to notifications at any time via your device's notification settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by adults registering as service-providing agents and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where appropriate, communicated within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
